Assault by Strangulation and Suffocation

A Rapid City, South Dakota man was sentenced to over six years in federal prison for assaulting a woman, resulting in serious bodily injury and strangulation. The sentencing was announced by U.S. Attorney Ron Parsons and conducted by U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier.
