Arroyo Grande

A California man was charged with 12 misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy for secretly recording naked women in tanning booths at a Planet Fitness in Arroyo Grande. The suspect, Kyle Combs, allegedly recorded 12 different women inside the tanning booths.
