Archaeologists uncover massive ancient site during rail project, including rare Roman find

Archaeologists in the Czech Republic uncovered over 1,000 ancient artifacts during a high-speed railway construction project, spanning from the Early Bronze Age to the Roman era. Notable discoveries include a rare Roman drawplate used for making wire, Bronze Age settlement remains, and graves containing human remains. The finds were made along a three-quarter-mile stretch between Nezamyslice and Kojetín in the Haná River valley.
