A new Colorado law allows survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking to testify virtually via closed-circuit television. Stalking survivor Coles Whalen supports Senate Bill 26-095, which aims to reduce trauma for victims by keeping them physically separated from defendants during testimony. The law also includes Anti-SLAPP provisions and reforms forced arbitration for sex assault survivors.
