A man was struck and killed by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) train at a railway crossing in Anoka around 9:00 p.m. Emergency crews responded to the incident near Ferry Street, where the man was attempting to cross in front of the train. The crossing was equipped with crossbucks, gates, lights, and bells, and no train crew members were injured.
