    Shelby County DA releases video of Burger King worker being killed by DEA agent in Memphis

    A DEA agent assigned to the Memphis Safe Task Force fatally shot 41-year-old Darrin Pigram inside a Burger King kitchen while serving an arrest warrant. Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy announced he would not pursue charges against the agent, releasing surveillance videos that do not show Pigram reaching for a gun or the agent firing shots.
