Medicaid officials improperly shared data about millions of people with ICE, which then shared it with Palantir, according to court filings. A U.S. District Judge temporarily paused data sharing after ICE admitted to multiple improper transfers, including a dataset containing millions of names, and struggled to delete all copies.
