Anthony J. Moore, a truck-driving preacher, helped thwart an alleged kidnapping in South Carolina by capturing the incident on his dashboard camera. Authorities arrested Jonathan Willard on kidnapping and impersonation charges after a woman escaped and was assisted by Moore.
