Additional District & Sessions Judge Nasir Mahmood Sial

A sessions court in Lahore granted interim pre-arrest bail to Sohail Lashari, CEO of Sozo Water Park, until August 1 in a case involving the death of a 9-year-old girl trapped in a drainage pipe at the facility. The judge directed Lashari to cooperate with the investigation and barred police from arresting him until the next hearing, following allegations of staff negligence. The park was sealed, and three officials were arrested.
