- Call of Duty: Warzone is dropping PS4 and Xbox One support later this year
Activision is ending support for PS4 and Xbox One in Call of Duty: Warzone later this year, requiring players to upgrade to PS5 or Xbox Series S/X. The game will be removed from PS4 and Xbox One storefronts on June 4th, with the in-game store shutting down on June 25th. Warzone will no longer be playable on these consoles after Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 season 1 begins.

Microsoft lowered Game Pass subscription prices in the US, with Game Pass Ultimate dropping to $22.99/month and PC Game Pass to $13.99/month. However, subscribers will no longer receive day-one access to new Call of Duty games, though older titles remain available. Xbox CEO Asha Sharma cited the need to make Game Pass more affordable.
