2020 U.S. Presidential Election

Four noncitizens in New Jersey were charged with illegally voting in multiple federal elections (2020, 2022, 2024) and making false statements during U.S. citizenship applications. The defendants include David Neewilly, Jacenth Beadle Exum, Idan Choresh, and Abhinandan Vig, who allegedly registered to vote while non-citizens and concealed their voting on naturalization forms.

John Eastman, a former attorney for Donald Trump, was disbarred in California for his role in orchestrating the fake electors scheme, which sought to overturn the 2020 U.S. presidential election results. The scheme involved submitting fraudulent electoral votes to challenge Joe Biden's victory.
