Tropical Storm Dolly could form right after Dolly Parton’s death

The Atlantic basin has already seen three named tropical systems: Arthur, Bertha, and Cristobal. Due to a system in the eastern Atlantic Ocean having a 70% chance of developing into a tropical system within 48 hours, it is possible that Tropical Storm Dolly could form. The name Dolly was designated as the next storm alphabetically and has been used on the Atlantic storm name list since 1996.
