Man who wore 'Chucky' mask and terrorized Philadelphia residents captured in Las Vegas

A man who terrorized Philadelphia residents while wearing a 'Chucky' mask has been captured. Authorities reported late Tuesday that the suspect was taken into custody in Las Vegas.
