Man dies after being shot, being found in car crash on Detroit's west side

A man was found dead in a car crash on Detroit's west side after police received a ShotSpotter notification near Fenkell Avenue and Wyoming Avenue. Officers responded to the scene and witnessed a driver collide into a utility pole. The victim, who suffered a gunshot wound, was taken to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
