1 hurt while escaping house fire on W. 43rd Street in Norfolk

A person was injured after a house fire occurred Tuesday evening at a two-story residential structure located in the 1500 block of West 43rd Street in Norfolk, Va. Firefighters arrived at 7:20 p.m. and found flames coming from the home.
