Metro hears from neighbors of the new Commanders stadium site in DC

Metro hosted an open house for neighbors regarding the $3.8 billion Commanders stadium development in DC, addressing challenges like moving up to 38,000 fans through Stadium-Armory Station. Metro plans to expand the station and promote the Gold Line rapid bus line, connecting Union Station and Stadium/Armory. The project includes funding contributions from the Commanders organization ($2.7 billion) and a public package of $1.1 billion from the District.
