Accidentally Clicked a Phishing Link but Got an Error

A user received and clicked a link, which appeared to be from Cashapp support on their hotmail account. Although the site failed to load and displayed an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, the user subsequently ran a Malwarebytes scan and confirmed that no results were found.
