Johnathan Hamby, 54, was charged with murder, aggravated assault, and terroristic threats in the death of Ramon Harris, who was fatally stabbed near a Kroger grocery store at Ponce de Leon Avenue. Police reported that Hamby, who had been arrested 30 times and was on active probation for aggravated assault, allegedly initiated the incident after an argument with both Harris and another man.
