UN and Red Cross step up call for international rules on 'killer robot' weapons systems

The organizations warn that this rapidly developing technology is straining existing international rules, stressing that binding legal limits are desperately needed. They noted that negotiations are set to take place in Geneva regarding ways to strengthen the Convention on Conventional Weapons.
