Denver chef’s dumplings take to the sky

Penelope Wong, owner of Denver's Yuan Wonton, was selected for United Airlines’ Chef’s Table program. She developed onboard meals, including a smoked trout appetizer, kale salad, and five-spice duck dumplings, which are now served on select long-haul business class routes to the airline’s Chicago headquarters.
