Colorado keeps 4.2M acres roadless as Trump administration opens much of the West

Colorado is retaining 4.2 million acres of land while the Trump administration moves to open much of the West. The US stated it will honor a separate state agreement despite paving the way for roads within 44 million acres of Forest Service wildlands.
