Man rescued after SUV drives off dock of Eastern Shore creek

A person drove an SUV off a dock and into the Chesconessex Creek in Onancock on Friday night. During this harrowing event, another man used his kayak to help keep him afloat while assisting with the rescue. Video footage of the incident was shared with 10 On Your Side.
