4 family members slain in Richmond house fire identified

Sergio Rivera-Vega is accused of intentionally igniting his family's Richmond house during an arson blaze, resulting in the deaths of four family members. The 32-year-old made his first court appearance on Monday before a Contra Costa County judge and did not enter a plea.
