Maury County Fire Department calls for community support after public servant severely injured in ATV wreck
James Lee “Pugs” Johnson was severely injured after an ATV wreck in East Tennessee, requiring extensive medical treatment. He underwent surgery for a ruptured aorta and is also fighting through injuries including a torn spleen, multiple broken ribs, and blood clots. The Maury County Fire Department asked the community for support for Pugs, who serves as a volunteer fireman, EMT, and sheriff’s deputy.
