11-year-old hit by dirt bike during police pursuit on Miami Beach; commissioner vows action against stunt bikers

An 11-year-old girl was hit by a dirt bike rider during a police pursuit on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach. After officers tracked the group, one individual reportedly drove on the sidewalk and collided with the young girl.
