3 bodies, including a 14-year-old boy, found inside Detroit home in apparent murder-suicide

Following reports of a bad odor by neighbors near Stoepel in Detroit, police initially responded for a well-being check at a local home. Authorities discovered a 14-year-old boy and his mother dead from what is believed to be an apparent murder-suicide. The investigation continued when officers later returned to the home to discover skeletal remains in the basement.
