College professor and content creator Tamara Hancock has used Amazon's Prime Air drone delivery service over a dozen times since December 2024 in the Phoenix area. She considers the 35 seconds of noise caused by the drones worth the convenience, novelty, and fun. The service is currently expanding throughout the US to 500 cities by the end of the year.
