The US Open draws millions of visitors to Flushing Meadows Corona Park, highlighting many iconic landmarks and features that are currently suffering from decades of disinvestment. While much improvement is needed, Queens Borough President Donovan Richards announced a $22.5 million investment in restoring parts of the park, along with forming a task force dedicated to finding additional improvements.
