Fire breaks out in Brooklyn apartment days after body found

An unsettling sequence of events occurred in Brooklyn, involving a unit at 9949 Shore Road. First, a body was discovered inside the apartment after neighbors complained about a bad smell. Subsequently, on Monday morning, a fire broke out in that same unit.
