U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has begun targeting and detaining Haitians in Springfield, Ohio, following actions related to President Donald Trump revoking their legal status. As of last Friday, at least 29 Haitian people were detained by ICE. The city mayor acknowledged that federal immigration enforcement activity is occurring within the community.
