Small earthquakes hit parts of western North Carolina

Two small earthquakes, each having a magnitude of two, shook western North Carolina this weekend. One quake occurred near Canton and the other was located near Weaverville. Experts stated that such quakes typically do not damage buildings unless they are above a five magnitude.
