Tropical Storm Moke set to dump more heavy rain on hurricane-stricken Hawaii

Tropical Storm Moke was expected to dump heavy rain on Big Island communities in Hawaii, causing threats of life-threatening flooding and mudslides in the wake of Hurricane Lala's damage. Lala had already caused community flooding and resulted in two reported deaths. Separately, Tropical Storm Iselle formed in the eastern Pacific near Mexico's Baja California peninsula.
