Abortion could return to Supreme Court, this time with a focus on women’s health

U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill ruled that Idaho cannot regulate abortion if the pregnancy poses a threat to a person’s physical or mental health, a decision that has been appealed by Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador.
