Attorneys for friends of Nolan Wells are threatening to sue the Rev. Al Sharpton over accusations of defamation. The conflict follows an incident where Sharpton spoke publicly regarding the death of Nolan Wells, subsequently challenging critics to "sue me first." Sharpton is currently the subject of a presuit demand letter.
