Wahiawa Dam warning issued as state prepares for possible flooding

State officials have warned residents near and downstream of the Wahiawa Dam to prepare for possible flooding and evacuations. HI-EMA Administrator David Lopez emphasized that safety is the top priority and understanding evacuation preparation is critical.
