Prince Harry and 6 others to learn initial cost of failed Daily Mail case

Prince Harry and six others, including Elton John, lost a High Court case against the Daily Mail publisher alleging malpractice, such as illegal phone hacking. The claimants now face exposure to roughly 34 million pounds in accumulated legal costs associated with their failed privacy invasion case. Justice Matthew Nicklin ruled that there was a shortage of evidence to support the claims made during the trial.
