Colorado's $1,000 e-bike rebate returns Monday: Who qualifies and how to apply

Colorado is bringing back its e-bike rebate program, allowing eligible residents to save up to $1,000 on purchases. Initial registration opens on Monday, Aug. 24 and closes on Monday, Aug. 31. Eligibility for the standard rebate requires a household income at or below 80% of the area median income in the county where they live.
