Ohio immigrant group adds to its list of criminally charged federal agents
The Ohio Immigrant Alliance reported a significant increase in criminal charges and convictions against U.S. Department of Homeland Security personnel, primarily those working for ICE and Border Patrol. These cases frequently involve allegations of sexual abuse or gender-based violence, with some records dating back to the 1980s. Lynn Tramonte pointed out that criminality appears to be accelerating amid rapid additions of agents to the border-enforcement operation.
