House Democrat: Rein in data centers without losing tech race to China

Democratic Rep. Suhas Subramanyam pushed for regulations on data centers in his district while cautioning that such rules should not cause the U.S. to lose its technology race to China. He stressed that any efforts must facilitate the development of emerging technologies, such as AI.
