'He just wanted to ride': Father of cyclist killed in hit-and-run crash fighting for safer Aurora roads

Arthur Williams was hit and killed by a driver while riding his bicycle near Aurora late last July. After investigators determined the driver left the scene of the deadly crash, authorities arrested 53-year-old Jamie Gardner. Gardner was charged with leaving the scene of a deadly crash.
