Charlotte driver warns of library parking policies

A Charlotte driver warned others to obey parking signs at Charlotte-Mecklenburg libraries regarding parking policies. She reported that she parked at the University City branch, which only permits parking for library workers and customers during open hours. After leaving her car for less than 30-45 minutes, it was taken by a tow company that later charged her over $300 to retrieve it.
