Missing 11-year-old girl last seen leaving Richmond home on pink scooter

Police in Richmond are seeking public assistance to find missing 11-year-old Isabella, who was last seen Wednesday afternoon. She is described as having brown hair and was spotted around 4 p.m. near her home after leaving on a pink scooter. Isabella was last seen wearing a light blue Hello Kitty or Cinnamoroll T-shirt and light blue pants.
