Jeff Yew, of Monochrome Asset Management, plans to revive the former Network School campus in Forest City, Malaysia. The site was a tech commune located in the $100 billion "ghost town" development after being shut down by authorities. Yew proposes establishing Forest City as a centralized hub for AI and blockchain technology to concentrate crypto-entrepreneurs who are currently scattered across Southeast Asia.
