Major South End development sells for $91.8M
Beacon Partners successfully sold The Station at LoSo, a mixed-use development located in lower South End, for $91.8 million. The sale was finalized on August 7 to Crestlight Capital and Corebridge Real Estate Investors. Following the transaction, Beacon Partners will continue handling office leasing and property management duties for the development.
