Key stretch of southbound I-75 closing for weekend construction on the Rouge River Bridge

MDOT is closing a key stretch of southbound I-75 for weekend construction on the Rouge River Bridge. The closure will run from Springwells Street to Schaefer Highway, starting at 9 p.m. tonight and lasting until 5 a.m. on Monday, August 24. Maintenance involves adding protective surfaces to four bridges and an epoxy overlay.
