Detroit cardiac arrest survivor celebrates 80th birthday by donating 5 AEDs

An Oklahoma man named Leigh Kirkpatrick survived cardiac arrest at the One Campus Martius building in Detroit after receiving help from bystanders and first responders who utilized an AED. To give back to those who helped save his life, Kirkpatrick and his wife donated five AED units to the city of Detroit. He returned to the city to celebrate his 80th birthday with many of the people involved.
