Bodies of 2 hikers missing for decades in Swiss Alps turn up as glacier melts
The bodies of two Belgian mountaineers missing since 1992 were discovered in the Swiss Alps following melting glaciers. The discovery was prompted after a hiker found human remains following the melt of the Trift glacier near Lucerne. DNA tests confirmed that the remains belonged to two hikers who disappeared near the Weissmies mountain.
