Prince Harry and Meghan plan to return to the United Kingdom for an extended stay this fall but will not resume their roles as working members of the royal family. The couple's children, Archie and Lilibet, have enrolled in British schools starting in September. They intend to live at a private residence outside London while maintaining properties in Montecito, California, and Portugal.
