Cause of Happy Days partial ceiling collapse still up in the air

Happy Days Chinese Seafood Restaurant and parts of Sierra Drive in Kaimuki remain closed following a partial ceiling collapse that occurred on Tuesday. The incident was serious enough that one woman required hospitalization.
