SC early voters to cast first ballots in Senate runoff

Early voting for the South Carolina U.S. Senate Special Republican Primary Runoff begins Wednesday in South Carolina. In this election, Sen. Darline Graham faces local congressman Rep. Ralph Norman of York County to replace Sen. Lindsey Graham as the Republican nominee. The winner of this race is slated to face Dr. Annie Andrews in November.
